Secure Packaging
Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
